Irene Serra - Vocals

Started studying Jazz at the age of 16 with the renowned Italian Jazz singer Tiziana Ghiglioni at the Academy of Music in Milan. She then came to London to continue her music studies and now holds a Masters in Music Performance from the Guildhall School Of Music and Drama. She has performed in venues in and around London such as the Barbican with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Centre Jazz Orchestra, Ronnie Scotts, Union Chapel Islington, Kings Place, the 606 Jazz Club, The Forge and the National Theatre. She was a semifinalist in The Brussels International Young Jazz Singer in 2008 and was the only European finalist at the Shure Montreux Jazz Vocal Competition 2009. Irene also works frequently as a session singer and was featured on the latest album from iconic jazz/dance/hip hop band, US3.

Richard Sadler - Double Bass

Works as a musician, composer and sound engineer in all genres of music - jazz, pop, blues (even country!) He has played at major festivals in the UK such as Glastonbury, The Big Chill and the London Jazz Festival and has played in many important jazz venues in the UK from the Queen Elizabeth Hall to Ronnie Scott's.

On TV, he has performed on Later With Jools Holland and on RTE Eire and has done Radio Sessions for BBC Radio 3 and 6 (Jazz Line Up and Tom Robinson) He is also one of the tutors at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Summer School.

Ant Law - Guitar

Described as an Innovator by the Guardian, guitarist Ant Law was a scholar at both Edinburgh University and Berklee College of Music until moving to London in 2008. Since then he has been working with Tim Garland, Mica Paris, Gwilym Simcock, Leon Ware, Asaf Sirkis, Koby Israelite, Camille O?Sullivan, Britain?s Got Talent star Tony Laf, and X-factor winner Steve Brookstein. He was honoured to be featured in the July 2011 issue of Europe?s biggest selling ?Total Guitar? magazine. Additionally he is a pioneer of a new ?Perfect Fourths? tuning system for guitarists, and his book ?3rd Millennium Guitar? is available from prestigious publisher Mel Bay

Ant's debut album "Entanglement" (33Jazz) received great critical acclaim. It was awarded funding from the Jazz Services Recording Support Scheme. The album launch at Pizza Express Dean Street was sold out and the band completed a 29-date UK tour, with further support from Jazz Services. He completed his second volume of compositions on tour in Brazil last summer, and toured the UK extensively before recording the follow up album. It will be released on February 16th next year on Whirlwind Recordings.
